not waterproof,  they are installed inside headlight , not outside, it comes with everything you need.

I have octane right now and they are complete garbage. How long is your warranty on these.

How do you installed them they go inside the light in the very front?

you need take your stock headlight apart, then use the adhesive behine leds to install on headlight outline.
