Vivid light bars insure that a new light will be replaced and free of freight for a period of 2 years from the third month of purchase, refers to the following terms:
- Any quality problem of products when first receiving, or using it for a while, please contact our after-sale department with pictures/videos to apply for a replacement;
- The lights you bought out of production or upgraded, we will send you other goods with the same price or the upgraded one;
- If compensation occurs within two years, you will get a new product in full at no cost;
- Compensation occurs in the second year, the renewal premium in the third year will increase by a certain proportion.

Attention: You still enjoy the two-year warranty policy even if you don't buy the insurance. But you have to pay shipping fees when your order is exceed to 3 months. Please find out more information about our warranty policy.
Suggestion: Due to the high shipping fee, we suggest you to purchase 2 YEAR INSURANCE FOR LIGHTS. Once there is any quality problem with lights, even if your order is more than 6 months, we can still send you a new light with the free freight.

Give me 2 year insurance but have failed to get my lights working properly to begin with. Refuse to refund or send replacements. Just keep sending me instructions in emails that do not make my lights work.
Well…what can I say these are my second set and we’ll see how long they will last first set lasted just shy six months they started to act up by each section of light not working and others staying on without strobe glad I had option for insurance

Insurance coverage means alot.
I spend over $700 with them and my light broke and all now these people don't answer my email or send me a new one and I have insurance . The light burst into fire and smoke
